Artisanal Cheese
Are there any specialty goods stores in the Valley that sell artisanal cheeses? I am not talking about the (generally) mass-produced "gourmet" cheese you can get at AJ's or Whole Foods. Thanks for any help you can give!

I'm not sure how micro you want to go, but Wedge & Bottle in Ahwatukee and Cheuvront both carry some cheeses from smaller producers. If you're looking for something specific, however, it would be best to call ahead to check on availability.
Also, Hotdish, Inc. (https://www.facebook.com/hotdishinc) offers some cheeses mainly (exclusively?) from Colorado and Utah producers, but they don't have a retail shop where you can browse their selection.

Thanks for the Cheuvront reminder. I completely forgot they sell their cheese retail.

+1 for Wedge & Bottle... Troy and Krista will get you anything you want if they don't have it. They keep a pretty healthy stock of of good stuff though.
