Simple question. I'm in downtown Baltimore and have about an hour.

    The halal cart is tough to beat but Nally Fresh makes a good salad if you're more interested in how you may feel this afternoon.

        The halal cart is right outside the courthouse on the SW corner of St. Paul and Lexington. Nally Fresh is in the old Cypriana space on the NE corner or Calvert and Baltimore.
