Looking for group cooking classes
I want to have a group cooking class for my birthday and was wondering if anyone had any good suggestions.
Main things I am looking for:
-A venue that will provide all the equipment needed
-I would like everyone to be invloved and enjoy our creations after
-A place that either serves wine or other alcohol or allows us to bring our own
-Somewhere in Ventura county would be ideal, however somewhere in the valley or Los Angeles would probably work too
-Preferrably a place that allows a private group class, no random people allowed to join
Any help would be great, thanks!

My friends and I did Hipcooks for a birthday party earlier this year. All equipment provided. We didn't have individual "stations" cooking the same thing, more like a bunch of cutting boards and various people helped chop, prep, mix while the instructor taught some techniques and did the main cooking in one batch in the front. At the end, we ate all the food together. They allow for public group and private classes, I think you can do those with a max of 12 people or so. I recall they included 2 glasses of wine with our package, don't see why they wouldn't allow you to bring more.

I was about to suggest Hipcooks too.
I haven't been to a class there myself, but I had 2 friends that recently did the "Cocktail Party" class and raved about it.
They got to prepare several hors d'oeuvres and mixology cocktails and reported being fairly toasted at the end with how much they drank throughout. :)
