Chitterlings in Houston?

Anyone know where I can find decent, cleaned chitterlings in Houston? This is a once a year thing that I can't get out of, and I don't want to waste time, effort, and product trying to clean them myself.

Obviously this is way too late, and hopefully you found what you were looking for, but sounds like an interesting line of exploration.

I'm still on my fried chicken bender and saw a mention for that as well in the article.

Anyway, what did you end up doing? Did you find them or cook them yourself?
