We went in for cheese, but ended up with wieners in our mouths.
I thought it was fascinating, and well executed. I'm not a corn dog fan, so the whole thing was a bit lost on me. The spiced persimmon cake, OTOH? Fantastic stuff.

Wow, sounds good.
I'll have to see if he has another prixe-fixe in early December. I doubt he'll have another early prixe-meal set up due to the Thanksgiving holiday.

My bad. It's LQ@SK.
Basically Laurent Quenoix (sp?) at Starry Kitchen.
It's a pop-up restaurant essentially for lack of a better term.

I have seen a show about pop up restaurants but have never been to one or even heard about them in LA. I have also not seen a thread about them here on CH but it would be very interesting. What board would be the proper board to post this?
Addition-I just saw a post from August that discusses this restaurant but I didn't see it identified as a pop up so I would never have known. It is a great concept.
