It depends on what you're actually worried about. If you're concerned about the cleanliness of the restaurant and the safety of the food, look up the results of the inspection report. Vermin would bother me. Improper thawing procedures would not.

But if you think your guests will freak out because of the letter grade, find someplace else that won't give them cause for alarm.
