herbs

Anyone know of any LA restaurants that have great or special herb gardens that they use?? I know of Ortolan, Dominicks, and Hotel Bel Air. Thanks...

Parkway grill DOES still have it! i work there! we use about 85% of all of our herbs come from the garden! its pretty cool! you can check it out if you're driving on marengo just between del mar and california, and on the west-side of the street, you'll see the sign. just look over the fence.

Capo has an herb garden.

Dominick's on Beverly also has one. They use them in their drinks, too.

I think Parkway Grill in Pasadena has an herb garden behind their restaruant, but with the out-of-control development in Pasadena, would not be surprised if that lot is now an expensive condo development.
