ISO of great restaurant for big group between Rancho Bernardo and downtown?

Hi, we're planning a business dinner for a group of 12-15 people and looking for suggestions as many of the people will be coming from out of town. We're focusing on downtown, doesn't have to be private, and we have a couple vegetarians, otherwise we're a group that loves all sorts of food. Any suggestions or insights are much appreciated! Since you will have many out of towners, I would recommend Bertrand at Mister A's for the fantastic views of SD and good food too.
