College Park - Walking distance from U of M
Ok my chowhound buddies, I need some help. My neice attends U of M and she's an extremely busy college student with a heavy schedule that lives in a dorm. I was going to cook her a week of meals, but am told that the dorms have no place to store food. I'm looking for a place that has great food that college students would like. My idea, is as a Christmas present to get her a gift certificate for her and a friend to get a good meal that they could walk to. They would be under 21 so there wouldn't be a bar bill. I was thinking that maybe $50.00 to somewhere might be good, but I haven't lived in PG County or been to College Park in 25 years.
So, what would be a good place with good food that she could walk to (or does College Park have any public transportation now??)? Also, would $50.00 be enough for two people?
Please advise and thank you in advance. I love you guys!! If you all have any other ideas I'm open to suggestions!

There is a free shuttle bus which students can take along several routes around town.
Chipotle -- she could eat there many times with $50! - walkable
Hard Times Cafe -- need to take bus
Plato's Diner -- campus favorite, walkable, local hangout, nice - decent foodI'd recommend #3!

I would either try Ledo's as Doc recommended or
Looneys Pub which just opened in the same building as Bobby Flay's.$50 should be fine
