Has anyone eaten or taken out from the Chabad? Also, they appear to be far from the hotel strip, so walking there on Shabbat does not appear to be an option. Anyone stayed at the hotel where they are located and had their Shabbat meals?

I think they rotate shabats between their downtown location and the hotel zone. You should write them to find out when they will be in the hotel zone and pick that weekend and a nearby hotel. I never did a shabat meal with them, but spent Purim and it was nice.
