Thanksgiving in Canyon/Amarillo

Will be spending Thanksgiving with the father-in-law this year.

Any suggestions on a high caliber place that might be open on Turkey Day?

If not, what about Friday after?

Both Canyon and Amarillo have websites,certainly Amarillo does.
Check out their Chambers of Commerce.Some of the Amarillo hotels should have something.
Maybe other places too. I wouldn't mind going to one of the buffets in downtown San Antonio
at the hotels or a few other places, but I don't want to spend 30 to 50 dollars for one person,since Christmas is coming up.

San Antonio is no where near Amarillo, which is why I posted, but thanks for responding.
