New Year's Eve dinner for 2 in Brooklyn

I've never spent a NYE in NYC, and will be flying back from the UK on the 31st so a nice dinner somewhere that night would be perfect. Is this something that should be booked well in advance (it'll be for 2 people)? Does anyone have any recommendations for a delicious restaurant with a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere on NYE? Price range is ~$90 for two people (this is flexible), any cuisine but French/New American would be preferable, and any neighborhood in Brooklyn.

In other words, what are some favorite restaurants in Brooklyn that are not fancy & extravagant, above Bay Ridge/Sunset Park and below Williamsburg, and take bookings on NYE? Thanks!
