Any good happy hour rec's in the San Fernando Valley, prefer Studio City to Woodland Hills.
Hi All,
My sister and I are always wanting to enjoy a happy hour but don't know where to go aside from Ruth's Chris (which is good but we'd like a change of pace). Please give us a little guidance.
Thanks!

Well, the Six is opening today across from Jerry's Deli in Studio City, and advertises a happy hour at communal tables or at the bar. Have heard decent things about the food @ the original Pico location, and will definitely try the local version very soon.
www.thesixrestaurant.com for more details. Also Laurel Tavern, Local Peasant, Mad Bull in the Studio City/Sherman Oaks corridor provide varying nibbles from around 4-6pm.
And Senor Fred is definitely a good option, as ScottCa075 mentioned.

Is that for food or drinks?
Mexicali Cocina Cantina in Studio City is great for drinks, Senor Fred is good too.
Morton's Steakhouse in Woodland Hills has a great happy hour, so does Roy's Hawaiian Fusion with their Aloha Hour. Can I mention El Torito in Woodland Hills without being stoned? We are talking only Happy Hour remember....Kate Mantilini in WH is also good.

re: boogiebaby
I third both Morton's and Roy's. I think Larsen's Steakhouse in Encino also has a decent happy hour, though I've never been.
Gyu Kaku also has a discounted happy hour. It's the regular menu, but a lot of items are less expensive. Happy hour is all night on Monday's.
