Bostons Revamped

Had lunch there today. The downstairs inside has been redone, looks ok, upstairs the balcony overlooking the ocean has gone replaced by large picture windows, shame.

Outside downstairs front patio looks exactly the same, maybe the wood ceiling is new otherwise it's just fresher looking. Food is the same as before but OMG very expensive. Looks like they added a couple bucks to everything, salads are around $15, burger is $11, most entrees are $12-18. Not good value, the same old frozen fries - nothing you can't get any place else. No rush to go back let the snowbirds and tourists have it.

I regret that I must agree. I was rather excited about the upgrades until our visit this week...we found the food to be run of the mill, unexciting Cisco or Cheney brand stuff at hotel prices. We will continue to go for the music but sadly, will choose to dine elsewhere beforehand.
