Shabbat meals in Jerusalem

We'll be renting an apartment in Jerusalem in December, but because we're arriving so close to Shabbat ,we won't be able to buy and prepare food when we get there. I understand that we can pre-pay for Shabbat meals at a hotel in Jerusalem, and I'm looking for recommendations. We are vegetarians, but other than that, we're adventurous eaters. Our apartment is located on King George Street, between Agrippas and Ben Yahuda. I believe the area is called Zikhron Yosef. We don't mind walking for good food, but we'd like to keep it under 20 minutes, if possible.

  1. I have found the hotel meals to be only so-so. We had wonderful experiences with Naomi's catering www.naomicatering.com and think its absolutely delicious. Also I would search on ELuna.com to see if you can do pre paid reservations at any of the restaurants. Have a wonderful trip!
