Office moved to 47th and Park - need good "everyday" lunch options!

Our office recently relocated from Murray Hill to 47th and Park. I am in need of good lunch options! I already found Le Pain Quotidien around 50th and Third which is a fave. Some requests:

1. Best create your own salad bar
2. Best inexpensive but still good sushi
3. Any good spicy options - Indian, Thai, etc.
4. Best slice of pizza
5. Any french bistro bar seating (neighborhood type place)

Any other suggestions you have are welcome!

Thank you!

Thank you! I mix it up - sometimes a takeout for $10 and other times a sit down for $25. I have great info for my client lunches, so this is more when I am solo or with friends. Great info - thanks again!

Minar for Indian, especially dosas. 138 W. 46th St.

Bonchon for spicy Korean fried chicken, 51st St. and 2nd Ave.

There's also a Grand Sichuan on 2nd Ave. and 55th St., though that might be outside your radius.

Walk north 2-3 blocks and there are fantastic food trucks there.

The section between Lex and 3rd on 47th has many good Japanese options.
My choice for a sit down place there would be Tsushima, with some great lunch sets.

I'd love to read answers from the 'hounds to LB's query about a "create your own salad bar" (anathema in these parts, I know -sorry) for this neighbourhood.
My favourite place, on the corner of Third and 51st, closed recently and I really, really need a replacement.
