My GF really likes Asian-y food and I've been meaning to try one of D. Chang's spots.

Is it possible to just show up @ 7:00 pm on a Tuesday (at any of their locations, ssam, ko, ma peche, and the other one) and be seated in a reasonable time?

And if it's not possible, what other placese are good for a fun couple that's kinda adventurous

Ko doesn't take walk-ins.

At Ssam Bar, Ma Peche, I would say the wait would be short.

Txikito would be fun. And they take reservations.
