Where to find natural maple flavoring??

I'm making pumpkin cupcakes with maple cream cheese frosting for a work event this weekend and don't know where to look for natural maple flavoring. Is it something Publix would carry or should I look in a specialty/gourmet store? I don't have a lot of time to shop for ingredients so suggestions would be AWESOME!

    If the recipe asks for natural maple flavoring and not maple syrup then it's probably not worth making.
