Xmas Day - Been to "Norma's" Many Times - What Other Interesting Hotel Options Are There For Breakfast?

Been to Norma's several times on Xmas Day and it has been great however ... we are looking for somewhere new to experience breakfast on this difficult day. I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions for an alternative hotel restaurant. Does not matter if it's UES, UWS, Soho, Tribeca, Chelsea, etc. (we will trek anywhere in Manhattan). However we wouldn't want anything where it is a formal Xmas Day brunch - looking for a Norma like venue but not Norma's. I know as I type it, it sounds crazy. Thanks - look forward to your input.

Pastis has a notice on their site that they are open 9am-1am on Thanksgiving. They will also be open on Christmas, but no hours are listed yet. It may be open for breakfast that day.

Thank you for the suggestions, I am making a list with their contact info and once Thanksgiving has passed, I will call and see what they are doing on Xmas Day. Any other ideas or suggestions will be welcomed.

Maialino was serving brunch from 10-2 on Christmas Day last year. I'd call to inquire about this year.

I'd also check with The Breslin to see if they'll be open. Neither Maialino nor The Breslin is Norma's-like, but you may find that that's a good thing!

Nougatine, at the Trump Hotel, is more formal, but does an outstanding breakfast.

Data point: The Breslin was closed on Christmas Day last year (I was disappointed since I wanted to go there!)

Another option is Locanda Verde, which is also located in a hotel.
