Chinatown Brasserie has a private room behind the bar on the ground floor. Went there for a birthday party and thought the service was good.

Eleven Madison Park has a room upstairs that can seat up to 18, minimum food cost is $2600, no room fee. Contact Alexandra Stylianos at the restaurant for more details. You would be everybodies hero if you planned something at EMP.
