Chinatown lunch club?

There's tons of good restaurants in Chinatown, and we have several chowhounders who are experts on the area.

But Chinese food is often best served to groups.

I am a very adventurous eater, but I'm never in a group of adventurous eaters. Maybe other hounds are similar?

So, is there any interest in a Chinatown lunch club?

Maybe once a month, a group of us hounds could pick one of the spots recommended here and go?

I would love to join- but it would have to be on weekends OR weekday evenings.. unfortunately i work full time to pay my restaurant bills :)
