Wonton wrapper quiches

I make wonton wrappers in mini muffin tins and fill with quiche, a bit of brie and roasted red pepper. I need to make many of these to send to a party. Do you think these would taste okay and hold up at room temp? any idea of other things to put in the quiche mixture?

This is a good idea. I tried making mini quiches once, and they stuck horribly. Well-sauteed onions make a world of difference in a quiche, and smell awesome.

That sounds like a clever idea. Well...if they work for the ones you've made, I would think any filling would work. A traditional Lorraine.....veggie.....anything, really. I'm going to try this...

Bake the wontons in the cup first. Spray cups with Pam or Vegelene.
