Where to get quantities of (good) coffee for Montreal event?

Does anyone know where I can get coffee for an upcoming event (75 people x 2 coffee breaks) in Montreal? I'm looking for a place that also let you borrow large vessels that keep it hot and presentable (not cardboard boxes). Even better if the coffee is good...

Thanks for your help!

I know that any coffee place can have this service for you. I remember using la brulerie st-denis a few years back.

Thanks! It's my first time doing this and it's good to know before I go to a few places for pricing.

I have no idea if they provide service for this type of university event, but if you wanted locally roasted, fair-trade coffee that isn't from a franchise you might want to try and contact Cafe Rico:

I don't know if they do this sort of thing but hey, might be worth a phone call. Great to support a local business that sells organic, fair-trade coffee. It's delicious and the prices are quite competitive. Never hurts to ask. And if you don't mind, please report back on what you decide, as I will be looking for similar service for an event in February so I'd be interested in your findings! :)

Some Starbucks have this service - ask at one near your venue.

Where are you holding the event? An office, hotel, palais des congrès??

If at an hotel or even palais des congrès, you won't have much choices but use their services, for offices you might be more opened.

The event is being held at a university. I can use anyone's services and am also not using a caterer. All I need is to place the order and to pick up the coffee vessels or have them deliver.

If it's at McGill, you could check with University Catering - they will deliver coffee, vessels and all...
