Real, spanish chorizo in Calgary?
Does anyone know where to buy good, authentic spanish-style chorizo in Calgary? (not a fan of Spolombo-style chorizo BTW). Looking for dried, mild-medium spicy chorizo, that hopefully is not super-expensive. Thanks!

The Italian Store next to Scarpone's (McKnight & Deerfoot) has dried Spanish Chorizo, but it does have kick. I love it on pizza! The links are roughly 4" long, and cost in the vicinity of $1 each.

The Italian Store should also carry the Palacios brand of Spanish Chorizo: dried, no preservatives, excellent flavour. It's pricier at about $11 for a coil.
