Snowmass restaurant recommendations

Our family of 11 is traveling to Snowmass for Christmas. Eight adults, 3 children. Looking for a restaurant open for Christmas dinner. Have heard about Artisan, Pine Creek Cookhouse and Il Poggio. Where would you make a Christmas dinner reservation?

Have you considered a private chef? If you have a dining area, there are many talented chefs in the area. Also consider the 8k in the Viceroy Hotel. I have had drinks and small plates there. It was good.
