Sunday breakfast/brunch that starts earlier than 11?

We will be in NYC next weekend and would like to enjoy a nice breakfast on Sunday before we have to check out at noon. ANy good brunches starting at 10, preferably in Gramercy/flatiron, Chelsea, or the Village?

    Clinton St (9, get there like 30 min in advance due to line, just on the border between the LES and EV)
    Locanda Verde (8 breakfast, 10 brunch, make a reservation, Tribeca, but delicious)
    ino (9, West Village)
    Balthazar (9, make a reservation, Soho)
    Shopsin's (9 Sat, 10 Sun, be prepared for possible line, LES)
    Prune (10, long lines so get there early, EV)
    Maialino (10, make a reservation)

      i'd second peels, clinton st, and locanda verde.

      personally not a big fan of prune. nice atmosphere but the food's not worth the wait or the money.

      you could also maybe try joseph leonard, which opens at 10:30.

        Thanks! How early do we need to get to prune for a party of 4? And what is maialino's atmosphere like?

          For Prune, I've done a party of 3 at 9:40 or so and gotten in to the first seating pretty safely.

          Maialino is a roman style trattoria, light/bright, just off Gramercy Park. Their site has some nice photos.
