Went there for lunch and was impressed! It's pretty small inside so get there early especially if you're hungry. The atmosphere is very welcoming and cozy. They offer you a grilled/toastei bread and there's olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the table. I had the soup of the day a luscious tomato with taragon and it's totally delish! Rich and satisfying..no croutons on it nor served with any bread. My friend ordered Calamari fritti served with a nice marinara on the side...fresh tasting and she ate EVERY piece! She also had the bruschetta..I had a piece and really liked the depth of flavor of the the balsamic vinegar drizzled on it...totally filling! We then shared the Genovese pizza which has pesto, kalamata olives, shrimp, chicken, tomato and mozzarella...VERY VERY RICH...too rich for my palate after eating the other dishes beforehand. The service was friendly and prompt, will definately go back for more!

Will have to try it. My cousins love Mangia, Mangia and I think Alessa Cucina is very good.
