We will be spending a few days there at the end of this month. One night is a special celebration so looking for something intimate. No problem heading to Mystic if that would help. Open to any and all suggestions.

  1. I recommend Noah's in the Borough, Octagon at the Groton Marriott for dinner. Somewhere ion Time in Old Mystic for breakfast/lunch.

    1. I heard this place is good... http://oysterclubct.com/
      I haven't tried it yet.

      1. The food is very good at Water Street in Stonington. In Mystic we like Daniel Packer inn, the bar is like an English pub, great food. Azu is very good, great atmosphere. Oyster Cub is new, have not been yet or heard any reviews.

        1. Thank you. Great suggestions. Noah's and Azu were the two places we had on our short list.
Bravo Bravo in Mystic is a consideration. Any thoughts? Also, where to go for the best lobster roll?
          Thanks.

For lobster roll this time of year, try Cove Clam Shack.

Bravo Bravo is very good and the same people own Azu. Azu is a little more laid back, bar food and Bravo Bravo is really small and stuffy with iffy service. The owner has a terrible reputation for being difficult and that transfers down to her staff.
