Recs for weekday breakfast near Columbus Circle?

Any ideas for a Wednesday breakfast (8:30ish) near Columbus Circle? Totally unfamiliar with breakfast/brunch in that area, especially on a weekday. There will be two of us, no concern re: price or cuisine.
