French Fries in Vegas

I thought I had read about Duck Fat Fries at Stripsteak in Mandalay Bay. I looked at their menu and did not see same.

Can somebody please clarify this?

Also, I would like to hear chowhounders' top 3 or 4 places for Fries in Vegas.

Another nod to ANY of the four varieties of fries at Bachi Burger. Top notch.

On the other end of the price scale, the fries at In N Out are good, but their half life is about one minute so eat them fast and first.

I love the atomic cheese fries at Strip Burger. Full disclosure, I had a few cocktails before eating them. But they are pretty wonderful, nice and crisp on the outside still fluffy and soft on the inside and the perfect amount of cheese and jalapenos without getting soggy.

Perhaps not fried in exotic fats, but we always love the fries at Carnegie Deli. They seem to be proper Belgian style(10mm) fries,always very hot and crisp, and a huge plate of them. When we go there it is hard to convince ourselves we need a side order when sandwiches are so huge and the complimentary pickles are sooo freakin' good( and they will keep refilling your pickle plate upon request). But the fries are that good that it is impossible for us to pass on the fries when we get there, we are frequent fryers!

The duck fat fries at Table 10 in the Palazzo are some of the best fries I have ever had. They are perfectly crispy on the outside and still soft on the inside.

The fries at Todd English P.U. B. at Crystals are fantastic. They might be called fat fries or something like that. They are wedge cut. I'm not usually a fan of wedge cut fries but they are done perfect. Crispy golden on the outside and fluffy soft inside, perfectly seasoned.

Every time I've been to Stipsteak they've served comp duck fat fries as kind of an amuse.
They're good but not great. Served with three sauces.

For fries, I like Cut and Craftsteak.
Some love Bouchon but the thin style isn't my favorite.
Didn't like the fries at Prime.

Yes, especially the truffle-parmesan fries at Bachi. Mmm. Too bad (or maybe a good thing) that they're 20+ miles from home.
