I'm hosting a 40th birthday party in Chapel Hill the night before Thanksgiving and looking for a sushi chef to do a casual and fun in-home dinner. Would love any recommendations and tips if someone has done this before. Thinking the price per person would be $40 - $50??

You might try Shiki Sushi in Durham. I know they have sent sushi chefs to catered parties to make the nigiri and rolls on site.
