Need recipe for shrimp and snow pea leaf dumplings (har gow).
I'm addicted to shrimp and snow pea leaf dumplings, so much so that I would love to make a huge batch of them for immediate consumption and to have handy in the fridge whenever a craving hits. I've come across recipes for shrimp dumplings and shrimp and pork dumplings, but none for shrimp and snow pea leaf dumplings. At least none that looks credible. Please help!

this is the best one i can find in english. i have not made this version, but it looks pretty "kosher". good luck.
personally i prefer them made without the bamboo shoot and with a little pork, and water chestnut is ok if fresh not canned, but i can only find a recipe for that style in chinese.
