I'm addicted to shrimp and snow pea leaf dumplings, so much so that I would love to make a huge batch of them for immediate consumption and to have handy in the fridge whenever a craving hits. I've come across recipes for shrimp dumplings and shrimp and pork dumplings, but none for shrimp and snow pea leaf dumplings. At least none that looks credible. Please help!

Check out the website - www.chinesefood-recipes.com they have quite the database on everything even remotely related to chinese cooking - dim sum recipes, tips, explanations, etc. It's become my go-to source lately for everything I want to know about chinese cooking. Hope it helps!

this is the best one i can find in english. i have not made this version, but it looks pretty "kosher". good luck.

personally i prefer them made without the bamboo shoot and with a little pork, and water chestnut is ok if fresh not canned, but i can only find a recipe for that style in chinese.
