Looking for restaurants that have bright and bold flavor combinations in Victoria. Recommendations of places that go beyond traditional offerings?

      I haven't been yet (it just opened this weekend) - bin 4 burgers. Near the old location of Zambri's (on the corner of Vancouver & Yates). Soft opening looked busy when I strolled by. They tweeted about an Elk burger. Lunch & dinners.
