Hi folks! I recently purchased a saddle of lamb from my go-to butcher, but was disappointed in the actual thickness of the loins. Where do you foodies prefer to purchase your lamb, or other meats, for that matter!
And so have I. I bought some lamb chops there about 2 weeks ago so I could eat some properly cooked ones after a disapointing lamb chop meal at a place mentioned here, and they were great, and only $9.99 /lb. I like my lamb parallel so it works for me. :-)
