Barton G or Sardinia?
My daughter and I are real foodies and will be visiting Miami for the first time. So far we are planning on dining at Michael's Genuine Food, Scarpetta, Pubbelly, Bond St (or Sushi Samba). For our last evening we are trying to decide between Sardinia and Barton G. Which would be better? Have we missed any particularly great restaurant? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Barton G. is definitely an experience but quite honestly the food isn't all that great, I say skip it. Azul at the Mandrin Oriental is amazing! If you love steak, Smith and Wallinksy has the most amazing filet I've ever had. I've been to all the other ones you mentioned and they are are great choices. Enjoy!

If you really want to do a foodie trip with price no object
Naoe over Bond St.
Hakkasan (really really expensive and I prefer dim sum lunch there on the weekends which is merely very expensive) over Pubbelly
Michy's over Sardinia or Barton G.Naoe is the best restaurant in miami.
Scarpetta is the best italian in Miami, you should keep that. It is expensive though, but less so than casa tua which is not as good.
P.S. Sardinia by a Mile over Barton if you decide to choose between the two.

Personally think BartonG sucks. For Italian I would consider Casa Tua, while the other restaurant I think you are overlooking is Hakkasan. If it was me, I would drop Scarpetta and do both Hakkasan and Casa Tua.
