Leftover Buttermilk

I have almost a quart of buttermilk leftover from a cake recipe. I could make buttermilk mashed potatoes, pancakes, or fried chicken but I looking for some kind of soup with buttermilk as a base so I can use it all. Any suggestions?

I'll whip up a batch of biscuits with leftover buttermilk and freeze them uncooked on a cookie tray lined with parchment. Once frozen, you can pop them in a sealable bag and use them as you need them.

I generally make salad dressings with my leftover buttermilk, especially blue cheese and this chipotle ranch dressing:

I've als been meaning to make this maple buttermilk pudding cake:

I freeze leftover buttermilk in small, 1-cup portions. It is occasionally perfect for last-minute buttermilk dressing or buttermilk-scrambled eggs.

I never thought to freeze it. Does it hold up well to freezing?

Cream of Broccoli soup has a buttermilk base, topped with cheddar cheese it's a wonderfully flavored soup.
