Where has all the Ba-Tampte Deli Mustard gone?

My friends, husband, and I have been desperately looking for the Ba-Tampte Deli Mustard and are unable to find it.

We live in the Orlando, FL / Central Flordia area.

We've checked a number of Publix, Albertsons, and Winn-Dixie stores. While we're finding the pickles without any problem, we're unable to locate the mustard. We check the following sections:
- where the pickles are (always where we found it before)
- mustard section
- location where horseradish is (often the same as the pickles)
- deli counter areas
- Kosher sections

Any help is greatly appreciated.

  1. There's lots of competition for condiment space in grocery stores. Slow moving products often get replaced.

You can order it on line at

    1. I live in the Orlando area too, and it is my favorite mustard by far. I last saw it at the big, nice, newish Publix in Oviedo on Alafaya, not far off Red Bug Lake Road, but that also goes back almost a year. The nicer, larger, newer Publixes in more affluent areas tend to have it. You may want to check that one, or maybe the Publix on 434 in Altamonte, which always has a surprisingly nice selection of kosher goods, even when it used to be an Albertson's.

Normally I shop at the Red Bug/Tuskawilla Publix in Winter Springs and the Semoran/Howell Branch Publix in Casselberry, but it doesn't take me far out of my way to check University/Goldenrod (a really nice new one, where I recently found Ba-Tampte "Deluxe" sauerkraut with tomatoes and peppers for the first time ever). I'll start keeping my eyes open more, and I will let you know what I find!

      1. Have you tried sending Publix an email? Their customer service dept. usually responds quickly.
