Butterflied Turkey - Baltimore

Does anyone know where to find a turkey that's been butterflied (off the bone completely)? Someone we know served this dish and it was fabulous, over the stuffing.

    I would try Eddie's in Roland Park location....their butchers are good and normally up to any challenge......It will not be cheap though!

      I thought about that - but a turkey is much bigger than a chicken and I'm not wild about working with raw poultry. When I had it in LA, the guy doing it took about 3 hours to de-bone it. I was just wondering if any establishment sold them de-boned. Probably not..............
