We were at Opolo Winery in Paso Robles and they served a killer good "Serbian Sausage".

She said it was made with lamb and veal and was from a Serbian market in San Pedro. I think the name was Sunshine Market. Is anyone familiar with this market? What else is good there?

Both Sunshine and South Shore Meat Market on 25th and Western in San Pedro, and Sunshine Market are great butchers. Their cevapcici's are very similar and they can sell it by the pallet. I will say that both places will sell it frozen and fresh, and fresh tastes much better and cook up moister naturally. Sunshine has the best leg of lamb around, my family will only order it from there.

South Shore has very fresh meats including lamb. I've had the chops from there and they were great. They also have a great selection of marinated meats including rasmici.

If you ever have a chance to try the cevapcici (I think it's pronounced chevapch'chuh, or chevapch'chis), by all means do, they're delicious.
