Seeking BBQ/ Pig Roast Catering for New Hampshire
This is my first post to Chowhound, so I'm not really sure how much response I will get- but fingers crossed that someone out there has a gem of a BBQ/pig roast catering service to share with me!
I am getting married next June in Tilton, NH and would love to find a local business that specializes in pig roasts but can also offer fresh salads and sides- ideally with local or organic ingredients. Any advice is much appreciated!
We haven't used them for catering but the Smoke Shack in Boscawen will cater. You can stop by their restaurant near exit 17/I93 to see how things taste. I think their sides like mac 'n cheese are good. They make their own coleslaw but I doubt if they use organic food.

The Yankee Smokehouse does indeed cater, and it's pretty good. They may not do whole hogs, however.
Popper's Artisanal Meats in Dover does do whole hogs, sausages, etc. Excellent.
There's another fellow in Dover, Vinny the BBQ TRUCK GUY who also caters BBQ and I think whole hogs. He's on Twitter and has a truck on Third Street in Dover Tues-Sat 10-2:30. Here's the link:
