Oak Lawn area: co workers dinner : mexican, tex mex, or chinese food suggestions please

For Tex Mex in Oak Lawn it has to be Uncle Julio's on Lemmon Ave at Douglas. The food and service are great, and they are good at accomodating groups.

Forget it. There isn't any decent Chinese food in the Oak Lawn area. Nada! None! The closest I can think of that I would go to is Royal China in Preston Royal. And they're not very close to Oak Lawn. Sorry.

You might consider Green Papaya Cafe. Americanized Vietnamese on Oak Lawn. It's far from my personal favorite but very popular.
