Eating near the Baltimore Aquarium

My brother and his three kids (all in their twenties) are visiting for the first time in 10 years. Are there any decent restaurants that do not cost thousands of dollars near the inner harbor? (As I will likely be paying.) I was thinking Little Italy or is that just too touristy?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Cinghiale (good price fix dinner options) and B & O Brasserie are both very nice.
