Brining a Nature's Rancher turkey ??????

Would it be recommended ? I just bought one from Whole Foods and am ambivalent to do so but I'll take recommendations. Thanks

    I typically buy fresh free-run turkey and always brine it. After the brining, I dry it we and let sit on the counter for 3-4 hours before roasting. The result is flavourful, tender and juicy bird.

        Bought one also as it was promoted as an "heirloom" but now I'm having trouble finding much info on the exact species and exactly how they treat their birds except that they are "barn roaming" . Anyone else have more info?

        Anyway, am using a new brine recipe with apple juice, OJ, ginger, cloves, bay leaves, garlic. We shall see...

      Bought my hunakkuh thanksgiving bird today at whole foods. it says it isn't injected so hope brining and then air drying will work out.
