looking for a Paris restaurant, business dinner, 6 people.. near the Louvre

Looking for a nice restaurant to take our staff out for dinner, within walking distance from the Louvre, 5 people total, under 30 years old (hip and cool, good taste) budget around 40euros a person not including wine, any suggestions?
I was thinking :

le Gaigne
Pinxo

would prefer a calmish, restaurant not too loud

Le Giagne is about a 25-30 minute walk from the Louvre museum. It is walkable for me but can't be called "near" the Louvre.
L'Absinthe on the lovely marché St Honoré is a much shorter walk, about 12 to 15 minutes.
So glad to know that you are hip and cool with good taste. So many posters aren't or don't say they are. Whats up with that.
