Madison Wisconsin -- Need a place for a private party

I will host a dinner for 20-30 people next Spring in Madison. Good food is a must. A private room would be great, but not necessary. Price is a consideration, but not the only criteria. Does anybody have any restaurant recommendations? Thanks in advance.

For that size group, a private room is a must.
