Turkey or Thanksgiving Dinner--Where to Order?

Nattomi Oct 28, 2011 12:50 PM

It's a bit early, but I'm thinking about where to order a delicious, organic or hormone-free turkey for Thanksgiving dinner.

I'm familiar with some places that offer this option, but am wondering about specific recommendations. An entire dinner wouldn't be a problem, either.

Conversely, off-the-wall delicious uncooked turkey options or recipes are also welcome. Essentially, the best taste is what I'm looking for.

If I were you, I would try calling Lee's Meat Market and asking them a few questions. I don't really know about the turkey specifically, but when it comes to beef, they're generally only selling prime, so that might be a good place to start. Otherwise, you might want to start working your way around the local farms. Many of them offer organic turkey, but you'll have to reserve pretty soon.
