kid-friendly SF restaurants with seriously delicious food

Husband and I love to try the best (not fancy, just great food) restaurants when we travel, but this is the first time we're traveling to San Francisco with 2 kids (4 and almost 2-year-old). Any recommendations? We're coming from NYC.

Thanks in advance!

  1. Some kid friendly threads, included is my favorite, Great Eastern with fish tanks.

    Great Eastern Restaurant
649 Jackson St, San Francisco, CA 94133

    1. We go to Moki's in Bernal Heights a lot w/ our 4 year old. There are always a lot of kids there, and they will bring your kids crayons and paper as soon as you sit down. Excellent Japanese food, too. Get the Ahi Poke and the grilled asparagus for yourself, and edamame and miso soup and tempura for the kids.

      1. I always see young kids at Gialina in Glen Park.
