Corned Beef Hash and Eggs

I don't know what started it but for the last 2 weeks or so I've had the urge for corned beef hash and eggs. I've been to several diners and they all have the same canned hash with lousy potatoes. I live in Bergen County and would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

Rutherford Pancake House on Park Ave. in Rutherford has the best corned beef hash I've ever had. I frequently go there for breakfast and it is hard for me to order anything else. All the breakfast choices are very good. the owners and the staff are very professional and pleasant.

The Skylark Diner on Rt. 1 in Edison makes terrific homemade corned beef hash - my husband gets it every Sunday morning!

It's not close to you but the Forked River Diner on Route 9 serves great homemade corned beef hash.

i 2nd this place, the original pancake house in fort lee. great spot for breakfast. the corned beef hash is great and so is their double cut bacon. and a place i cannot recommend for breakfast is the ridgewood pancake place.
