    I would imagine Clancey's has it. Pretty sure I've seen it there.

      France 44 carries La Quercia guanciale. At least I've picked it up there in the past.

        i have never been, and they seem to be wholesale but these guys might set you in the right direction

          as an aside.. although i have never ordered from these guys they have a nice webpage with pictures and descriptions of all sorts of italian style meets
