Best Brooklyn Frozen Dumplings?

I know that there have been posts regarding great frozen dumplings in Flushing...but I need to grab some in Brooklyn...either Sunset Park, Avenue U or even up near 86th Street. Suggestions?

Unfortunately, they closed. Another opened in it's place, but they don't sell frozen.

A new spot for dumplings (frozen, but fried right there) is open across from the historic D train station at Ninth Avenue and 39th Street. At two bucks for six, nice value. Liked the pork and leek.

Small Plates is the name.

Mike R, you probably already know this and the place you've mentioned is new to me but Great Taste (mentioned above--formerly Prosperity) has 5 for $1

Youbetcha...and they are winners. Why anyone needs to buy Rickshaw truck dumplings or the buck-each stuff like Mandoo Bar is beyond me.

There's also another goody just east of 8th Avenue on 48th Street, Brooklyn Chinatown...forget the name.

The name was actually Small Eats, and lo and behold after only two months, they are shuttered!

if dumplings may be interpreted to include pelmeni, pierogis, etc, the golden farm on church ave and e 4th st (off of the church ave F/G stop in kensington) has a good frozen and refrigerated selection -- pork, pork/beef combo, veal, sauerkraut, potato/cheese -- some of them made just down the block at church & e 5th. $3-5 for a sack of pelmeni or a dozen pierogies. the delis nearby on church do too, but golden farm is 24 hours.

Great Taste Dumpling on 43rd and 8th Ave. in Sunset Park will do the trick. Nicely priced too so you can buy extra. :-)

Eton (on Smith & Sackett) has a line of frozen dumplings at the met on smith and keyfood on atlantic, among other places, that I recommend. If you call, they may be able to tell you somewhere closer to you that carries their product.

It's been a while since I browsed the freezer at Key. I looked today and finally found the Eton dumplings not in the freezer but in a fridge case around the produce section. At $5 for 6 smallish dumplings I passed.

If you are into frozen dumplings I would stop by Uncle Zhou one day if you are ever in Elmhurst. The lamb dumplings are $15 for 50 and a fantastic bargain. Be sure to use only enough water to cover the dumplings.
